Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Delivery Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Express Delivery Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch for most metropolitan areas. Remote and regional areas may take longer.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control may affect these estimates. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.


3. International Shipping

We ship to a range of countries worldwide. International delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and the customs process in your country. Estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply to Australian customers. International customers should refer to the relevant consumer protection laws in their country.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. All costs are displayed clearly before you confirm your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on our website when applicable.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.


6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or within a reasonable time if your order has not arrived). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer a replacement product sent at no cost to you, or a store credit. These options are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which are outlined below.


7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a product failure is a major failure, you may return the product and choose a full refund or replacement, or keep the product and seek compensation for the reduction in value. If the failure is not a major failure, we will remedy the issue by repair, replacement, or resupply. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these statutory rights.


8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Nurses Choice is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the carrier.


9. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the parcel being returned, a store credit may be issued for the value of the order minus shipping costs.
